The scheme is a turnkey acquisition for Donegal County Council consisting of 35 high quality and sustainable social housing units.
Units contain environmentally friendly efficient technology incorporating the use of heat pumps which transfer heat from the outside air to the water in a central heating system.
There are also 2 large retaining wall structures as well as other associated infrastructure work.
