Construction

Usually, it is on a greenfield or brownfield site and we initially complete the enabling works, carrying out the cut / fill earthworks operations and forming the building formation levels. This is followed by building the infrastructure works to the site which include the installation of foul and storm drainage and road construction.

We then proceed with the House Building, pouring structural foundations, laying floor slabs, constructing the brick and blockwork structure, fitting windows and roofing, making the building watertight. We use well experienced Mechanical and Electrical companies to then carry out the M&E installations.

Our own workforce then complete the finishing off works internally and externally around the houses, leaving a high quality finish.
